[WIP] Chiaki's Group?
I put the dark haired characters I made together. They really seem like an antagonist group for Kogei Canvas. Not sure if that'll actually happen, but they sure look a bit villainous together~
Chiaki - black and pink hair
Shiho - holding the tiny
Yukari - white streak in hair

I mean, are they villains or just a really intimidating super close knit group of friends that are just absolutely intimidating to the people around them?
Evil Friends
Maybe make some of the giant girls less of the 'good-girl' type — give them a bit of a spoiled, mischievous streak and a fondness for teasing others; that could be really fun. Just don't let them become annoyingly unlikeable. the characters you’ve created are all ‘good kids’ in their own ways — some a bit mischievous, some a little careless. How about trying to create a girl who likes to vent her emotions by playfully bullying shrunken people, but without ever going too far?
