Will we still have a male voice? That would be wierd. Also the sex scenes? How would that work?

There are currently no male voice effects in the game. The sex scenes will remain unchanged. This command only changes the player’s appearance during gameplay.

The cheat console isn't working, and when can we start building?

The version of the game that supports console commands is available to Invoker membership users. You can start building once you teleport to Fipet Island.
