April 2024 Postcard!

Hey friends! I've received the prints for this month's postcard, which I'll be sending out to all qualifying tiers (Shooting Starfish and up) this week!

In the six months since the last postcard:

• I've wrapped up the demo planning stage as best I could and have begun a series of milestone sprints leading up to demo art completion!

• This just got a lot more fun, because my amazing friend Ainhoa Rueda has joined the Moonshell Island team as an artist!

• I've learned a lot about my ADHD and how to work with it while pursuing such an ambitious long term goal as this project. Building strategies based on what flows for me and the people I work with removes roadblocks, helps build momentum and makes the ride much more enjoyable!

All the above ties into the theme for this postcard, in which tiny mermaid Finessa takes her first joy ride on the newly invented AquaScoot that makes her surface ambitions more accessible!

Wishing you an accommodating joy ride as well!

Your postcard pal,
Sam
