If update the game, it will become censor and Localization=1 is not working May be backup the old game before updating?
Looks like mods still work. The Eatchel skin seems to work right away. Best case scenario, it’s just different model IDs or something like that. The main issue seems to be that the localization flag is now being overwritten by the server. Because of that, clients are forced to use the censored versions of the skins. Apparently, the uncensored versions are still included at least in the Steam client, though.
The clothing has been modified to be more conservative; it seems a modding master Albino is needed.
