Simple Crafting. Update 1.4

Changelog:

- Added new notetags for craft Items/Armor/Weapons: <craftToolChanceBonus:VALUE> and <craftTool:X> - set bonus chance for crafting an item if specific tool is used in crafting.

- Added new notetag for craft Items/Armor/Weapons: <craftFailReturn:PERCENT> - set percent chance to return materials if crafting failed.

- Added new notetag for craft Items/Armor/Weapons: <craftAmount:VALUE> - set craft amount for an item.

- Added new button for clear forge (clear all materials from crafting slots).

- Added new plugin parameter "Can Drag and Drop" - if true, player can drag and drop items from materials to crafting slots and between crafting slots.

- Guide is updated with new features

- Improved RPG Maker MV compatibility and fixed some bugs.
