Simple Fishing plugin - update 1.3

- New feature: Fishing Statistics Tracking

- Tracks total fishes caught, total bad clicks, best catch streak, and current catch streak

- Optional UI window to display statistics during fishing sessions (can be toggled via plugin parameters)

- Improved fish appearance conditions handling:

- Now fishes that do not meet appearance conditions are excluded from random selection

- This prevents situations where no fish could be caught due to unmet conditions

- Fixed bug: fishing progress bar not refreshing correctly on initialization

- Added new script call for developers: `PrintAvailableFishesInRegion(REGION_ID)`

- This prints to console all fishes that can be caught in the specified region (with chances), useful for debugging fishing setups

- Player equipped bait effects are considered when calculating chances (and fish conditions as well)

- Guide is updated
