Addressing the Silence

Pixelman (not a real name) here.

As I'm sure you've noticed, I've been pretty silent for a while. As it happens, life gets in the way.

I've been pretty swamped with IRL problems and work, and didn't really have much time to work on the game. All I realistically was able to accomplish in August was finishing the bonus scene script.

I feel really bad about dragging this out. I've noticed people terminating their subscriptions and I can't say that I blame them. I've actually wanted to adress that in this post.

To all of my paid patrons, I am sorry for not delivering what was promised. I WILL be finishing the Bonus Scene and the last part of Episode 1, but I can't make any promises regarding the schedule.

With that in mind, I have no other option than to tell you to feel free to unsubscribe from the paid tiers. No hard feelings on my side. The bonus stuff will be released publically, so you don't have to be subscribed to any tiers to see it. Of course, if you want to give me your money, I won't complain, he-he.

Seriously though, all I ask of you is to at least stay as a free member so as not to miss any other announcements. Who knows, maybe my life will make a turn for the better again, giving me time to resume working on the game.

In regards to future plans, I realised that I don't get much satisfaction from just making a click-click-click VN game. I want to make something with a little more gameplay. So, Episode 1 will probably be renamed to something like "Cinnamon Buns: Prologue" and the next part will be a separate title.
