🐾 0.2.0-preview.13 — Seasons, Choices & Time Together

In the last builds, Faye's daily life started affecting what you actually see and feel when she comes in for paw care.
With preview.13, I'm pushing that connection much further.
Faye has more choices of her own, the town now moves through a full week and changing seasons, there are small things to discover outside the spa, and some of those moments can follow you back into your time with her.
🐾 More of Faye's own day
Around her workday, Faye might stop for the flowers, have a coffee, rest in Willow Green, find shelter from the rain, or simply head home.
After the introductory visits, she can continue returning for ordinary care. What she asks for still comes from things she's actually experienced or talked about with you.
You can also agree to keep a free afternoon for each other.
I especially like this addition because it isn't another treatment reward. Faye is choosing to make room for you in her day — and you don't have to spend that afternoon treating her paws.
🌱 A changing year
Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter now each last 30 days.
The town follows a Monday–Sunday week, the clock shows the date, and the greenery changes as the year moves forward.
Weather, footwear and time outdoors continue to influence how Faye eventually arrives for care.
The world presentation has also been opened up, particularly on phones, so more of the scenery remains visible while you're walking around.
🌿 Seasonal botanicals & blending
Moonpetal, Rainmint, Hearthleaf and Winter Rainmint can now appear around Willow Green and Willow Lane in their respective seasons.
Bring a gathered sprig back to the spa's blending shelf, combine ingredients, preview the scent, and optionally use what you've gathered to prepare one of the familiar oils.
The standard scent samples remain available year-round. Collecting is optional, and there is no gardening maintenance to keep up with.
I really like the idea that something you find during a quiet walk can later become part of caring for Faye.
♨️ Warm Cloth
Actual time outdoors can now leave Faye's paws cool.
When the conditions are right, Warm Cloth becomes available during care.
Rest it on a pad, move it where you want, warm the areas you choose, and watch Faye respond to the relief.
It won't appear every visit, and it leaves dirt, oil and scent untouched.

Normally, Patreon and SubscribeStar receive preview builds two weeks before itch.io.
I'm making an exception for this release.
Preview.13 feels like a milestone where the game represents the intended direction of PawPad Palace much better than the previous public build.
Rather than leave new players on an older version for another two weeks, I'm releasing this particular build to everyone at the same time.
The normal supporter early-access schedule will continue with future preview builds.
