Added the option to go fishing now.
Added a new scene with Vanessa if you have met her at the Bar
Added a new cut scene for your wife when reaching Corruption level 3, with different possibilities depending on your previous choices
Added a new event in your wife’s office (only if you have seen the new cut scene and payed her a visit at the given time)
Added a new side event for the farm job (which is triggered after you have been caught bit ‘too excited’ by the lifeguard, after 0.48.5)
Improved some dialogues and scenes (Thanks to SDevil (Editor))

well I am anxiously waiting for the sharing scenes as you call it for sure.
its a shame, this game could have been really good and successful without ntr
Where did you see NTR? There isn't NTR in the game. Sharing for example is not NTR and by the way it is complete avoidable. But it is possible that at some points its not clear enough or the route is not complete. But the game is in development. A other point is that in the meanwhile the community has a complete wrong picture of NTR. They declare for example if the mc likes that his wife wearing hot clothes as NTR but it is completly wrong. NTR is -in a short conclusion- That the main goal of the game is that the mc lost his wife/gf. It gives a lot of sites with explanation of it: https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Netorare And that is in "The Promise" defenitely not.
