Devlog 6 Part 1 - The Last One!
So, this will be the final Patreon post until the Release Date announcement for Chapter 6 Part 1. Let's start off by answering the everpresent question of "when update?" Mid to late October. F is about to enter exam week so I'm not going to enslave him to program everything (yet) and I don't want to rush the last few renders since there's a lot of emotional moments going on. The goal was to finish the renders this weekend, but I decided to listen to my body and take it a bit easy. Overall, this week we hit around 410 renders which is by far the most I've done in a week. I was very happy with that. Now comes the scripting part, search for SFX/music, and then coding. I am very happy with the progress. I am genuinely grateful for all of your patience with the development of the update. It's taking a bit longer than I wanted to but moving definitely delayed it some.
Anywhore, that's all for now. Not much to say. The last few parts of the dev cycle are always the most brutal ones. It's like you're almost there but not and is absolutely more mental than anything. But yeah, we are almost there. Thank you all for the support <33

It's this exact feeling with getting near the end of a project or its part, which is very similar to the end of a heavy workout - The end is near but muscles are aching and beginning to give up on you :)
hahahaha hoping to get quicker as time goes by! Like legit the worst part about being a creator is I can't just think it and it'll magically be done. I want everyone to play Eden asap as possible!!!
