In your guys' opinion, what's the absolute max for a duration of a blast that's NOT an ultimate?

This reminds me of the Meteor Combination move that was getting lots of attention especially on Twitter from IME. There are actual crazy people in those comments saying they should leave it at the 30+ seconds timeframe it was shown at. Even considering half of that being 15 seconds it seems like a little too much. I hope people understand that after the 3rd time a move like that plays you'll feel ready to put your controller down & just watch the game play itself. I'm sticking with my maximum 12 seconds answer.
I think people need to put a stopwatch on the supers that are already in the vanilla game before they answer. Even something like Ultimate Gohan's Super 2 - Fierce Combination is 9 seconds including the start-up which already feels fairly long. Since we know it's a mod I think with leniency it would be okay for it to be at max 12 seconds.
That depends on the Blast. A Rush Blast can be 5-8 or maybe even 8-10. A quick heavy series of hits or a consecutive rush with a finisher can fall in 5-8. Charging Blasts can be <5, otherwise, it leaves you open with no real use even when you stun an enemy, they'll recover in time. If a rush is 12-15, you gotta keep in mind whether you're playing the game or watching it. If you like long Rushes due to design choice and can't cut down the length, GO FOR IT!
12 - 15 seconds is perfectly fine long as the DMG’S is kept around like 0.2 and 0.3 throughout the duration of the AM depending on the Character to equal the balance Of Crated characters vs Vanilla with that extensive animation time ✅ and if shorter then 0.4 works perfect throughout and the tail like 0.8 , I’m 100% confident you understand 💯
