If Aisha calls you out, it's probably because she sees something you don't, or because, let's be honest, you really are doing too much.

She holds herself to high standards and expects the same from the people in her life. She isn't interested in sugarcoating things just to make someone feel better. If there's a problem, she'll point it out. If your outfit isn't giving, she'll let you know. And if you're making a terrible decision? Trust and believe Aisha has already noticed.

At the end of the day, her judgment isn't about tearing people down. She's simply learned that sometimes the truth is more useful than a compliment, and somebody has to be willing to say it.
