New game release for November 2021

Hi all. Wanted to inform you all on what is happening really quick. I told you last month that I was working on something and I decided to try and finish the first update for that game this month. Which means no Pandora's Box 2 update next month.

So this new game is currently named "Sexverse" and the main idea behind it is being a parody of major and popular video games. I just want to say that this is enormous amount of work due to the complexity I am going with here. This game will also be quite different than anything I've done before. I will try to explain shortly what my idea is and the new things in it.

So the main idea behind this game is to give my $5 and above Patrons the freedom to vote for the next genre/series/character they want to see. This will be done in a series of 3 polls after this first update is out which will determine what the next update will be about.

Here's the 3 genre categories:

Each and every one of these will have a list of series on their own, let's take a look at Sci-Fi and Fantasy for example, as it is the one that the new update will be in:

As you can see there is a lot of series of games in here. Goes beyond this first page (next page at the bottom). And this is not going to be the final list. New games and characters can always be added as development of the game continues.

Let's choose Cyberpunk 2077 and proceed:

This is yet another screen where Patrons will have the option to pick the chapter for specific character they want to play through a poll. In this update right now only Panam is available. Clicking on her and proceeding will get us to the next screen:

That's right! You pick your gender. This is going to be different for each game, of course. If a game's protagonist has only 1 gender, then no option other than that will be available. Also, games that don't have protagonist or have multiple one (like Overwatch) will follow their own personal story.

But this is not all that the game will have to offer. I also worked on something very cool which I hope works out well in the game and I also haven't seen other Ren'Py games use until now. And that is the choice wheel:

It looks a lot more neat and better than regular choices. This is heavily inspired by Dragon Age and Mass Effect choice wheel.

This game has been in subtle development for months now. I had to recreate a lot of these characters (some personally) so it's taking very long. The cool thing about this is that it can be ever evolving. It has nearly unlimited potential and the best thing is that patrons will be heavily involved with it.

This game is not meant to be a main game or whatever. Pandora's Box 2 still has priority, but if people like this enough I can make updates for it every now and then instead of Pandora's Box 2.

I am hoping to have the first update ready for November if anything changes and I can't make it in time I will let you guys know. The release schedule for the game will follow Pandora's Box, meaning $25 - 5th, $10 -12th, $5 - 19th, $1 -1st of next month and 10th of next month for Public. It's a lot of work, but hopefully you like what you see. Thanks and see you again soon.
