Introducing Whispers of Deception
Dear Patrons,
I’d like to introduce a new minor side story we’ve been working on: Whispers of Deception.
This story follows Neil before the events of Whispers of Desire, exploring the experiences and choices that shaped him into the person he is. It’s a more focused, mostly kinetic experience (with some light player input possibly near the ending), designed to give you deeper insight into his character.
Please note that this side story contains unavoidable NTR themes, so discretion is advised.
A few quick notes:
This project is being developed as a bonus for our top two tiers: Crimson Vow and The Broken Oath. However, I plan to release the first episode to all paid tiers in a few days.
Compared to Whispers of Desire, this is a shorter and more straightforward experience. (around 300 renders)
I’m working with a separate writer and artist for this side story, so development of Whispers of Desire will not be affected.
This project has a lower priority than Whispers of Desire, so updates may not be as regular.
This story contains unavoidable NTR themes, so player discretion is advised.
I’m excited to share a different perspective within this world and hope you enjoy diving into Neil’s past.

I wish there had been a longer, deeper, maybe even animated screen of his fiancé cheating. There was more focus put on his sex scene with her, than her lovers, which would have burned the memory harder. It feels like that important scene blew by too fast for it to be the catalyst for his entire story. Good writing, though. This is nice.

Great idea, but it maybe a little confusing when both acronyms are the same. Without adding to the title I guess I can see it as WoDes / WoDec

Whispers of Deception I do not know. WoD is the priority. I plan to work on this game while I am waiting for the artist to finish the scenes in WoD.
I really like wod because you don't force any choice please focus on wod and I hate neil please let him suffer in main wod story

Based solely upon what I see in the notes above, you may have created the first and only NTR story where I cheer for the MC to suffer. Normally, I dread NTR stories but any story that puts Neil in pain? Sign me up for that one. ;) Thanks for writing these characters we love to hate.

Always thought a netori focused game would be interesting. Neil would be perfect for that storyline and, perhaps, that's what this is about. If so, very cool and look forward to it.
not that it is relevant to this post but I am asking because I am curious (and I do like the game)...out of curiosity....in its current state...what do you think the game will advance to?(WoD)....currently is at release 0.5...do you see it till release 1.0? do you think it will go to a season 2? I ask because I think there is a ton of potential content...and would hate it to end early....and I truly like slow burn games because it makes them worth reading....like actually reading lol...ok*EDIT* because they share the same letters. I am talking about Whispers of Desire...
There will be at least 2 seasons . V1.0 will be end of Season 1. There are a lot of content on the way/

It is kind of cool, though I would be lying if I said I wasn't hesitant. I know you said this is low priority, but just thinking ,if you do like 50 renders for this, those 50 renders could of expanded a scene in the main game or be a whole new scene all together there. So, I guess that is my worry, just never really like devs doing multiple games, caus inevitably time will shfit at times or not all effort will go into one. But do what you think is best and keep up good work.
It's a different artist as I said (You can see the art styles are different). I would like to avoid having two art styles in WoD if possible. And the artist for WoD is working at his maximum capacity. I had some money left over after paying the WoD artist. So rather than paying myself I hired another artist and a writer and put them to work.

Isn't Neil the main story driver that is involved in many of the storylines? The photoshoots, fashion shop, the swingers club (Tony's?), Alex' intern, Alex' golf with Nicole, the erotic shop (I guess) and so on is all down to Neil. And I guess the point is that he is supposed to be unlikeable and kind of a threath to sweet Sarah and her Alex to provoke their kinks to come out in the open. I really hope that Neil succeeds.
