ive been subbed for 12 months but have skipped like 2-3 months. even tho i skipped a month i got my 3 and 6 month gift with no problem. i know it's supposed to be consecutive, but i feel like there should be some leniency for the 12 month gift :(

can anyone help me please!!! so i had my shipping address in my account but when i looked it apparently stated that i have elected to not receive benefits through the mail. this is so upsetting because i received my 3 month gift! 3 months into being subscribed! but i did not receive my 6 month and i'm not sure i'll receive my 12 month gift :( has anyone had a similar experience and ended up receiving the gifts anyway? and if anyone has run into the same issue, go on desktop settings > membership > view details and make sure that it says your address on there. this is so dumb because i had my address entered and received one gift but I guess pattern changed something and made it so i automatically could not receive gifts. if anyone could help i would really appreciate it

I been subbed since the beginning and have received the three month gift, as well as the six month gift. I think it was around last month that my card was being wonky and the payment didn’t come through so I had to re-sub like the day after the payment didn’t go through.
