I bring an apology and a lantern

Posting on a saturday? At this hour? That's how you know it's serious.
I've always been working on the game on the same monitor, and it looked great! It never occurred to me that my monitor might be off. And it's not like this is the kind of game where I can just ask a regular friend or family member to check for me.
But today I finally got the opportunity to play the game on a different PC and wow. I never knew how dark everything looks. I do like my harsh contrasting lights and shadows but there's more than a few things that you can't see at all when I did honestly mean for you to see them. I guess my monitor was all wrong or is bad. I have now recalibrated it, but damn. I have no words, I'm just so incredibly sorry.

Attached above is a comparison of the darkest image I could find, with a 30%, 60% and 100% gamma increases, please tell me which one looks best or if it's worse somehow or not bright enough yet.
Keep in mind that, while it's meant to be real dark, the idea in this particular image is that you're supposed to (just baaarely) still be able see the slight contrast of the outline of her body against the door even on the darkest area (marked with the red arrow). Like one of those "Adjust brightness until the logo is barely visible" screens in games (which I now see why they exist). I think about 60% looks best to me but clearly, at this point I can no longer trust my judgement. So I'm counting on you for this one!
Also to note is that the difference will be far more pronounced on images that aren't as dark as the one above, that's why I attached an example below of what +60% looks like on a regular scene taking place at dusk (so still a little dark but not as much).

As soon as you guys tell me which setting looks best, I will begin the process of editing all the old images in photoshop. It should only take a few hours total, so it won't delay the game.

60% looks great for dark scenes like this

At minimum, 60% is fine to me, but I’d prefer 100%.

For myself 30% looks the best
