Chill out, man

In the latest version, you can actually lose relationship points. Now, why would I do this? Am I just that cruel? Hear me out:

You see, in most games, a points-based system makes you have to think (or more realistically, reload) every dialogue choice to make sure you choose "correctly" in order to advance the relationship and not miss out on scenes. THIS GAME IS THE OPPOSITE!!! The reason the affection stat exists isn't to make it a challenge for you to win their favor, but rather so you can tell them to back off (see the image above) if you don't like a particular girl for whatever reason. As stated in the game's description, the girls here are assertive and take the lead, so if you don't actively tell them to go away you will continue to earn points with them. As an example, you may remember the demo has one mandatory point for Natalya you get no matter what (out of a possible 2) and next month's update (0.1.2) will have another one. And wouldn't you know, the first spicy scene, which will come in said update, only requires 2 points (out of a possible 7 opportunities). In other words, you really, really have to go out of your way to not see the sexy stuff.

I'm saying this because I saw someone make a guide for the demo which kinda hurt my soul haha... Let me make it clear that there are no right or wrong choices (aside from the ones that make you explode, teehee). Ironically, some of the choices in the guide were not even the choices I like the most myself, so it goes to show that it's all up to your preference! Pick the dialogue options you feel like and don't worry about what you think you're supposed to say.
