NorthBrook Subdivision

Hiii, again! Here is my 40x30 NorthBrook Subdivision featuring 4 (residential rental) homes. I haven't had any of the For Rent issues that's been happening with save files disappearing, so I wanted a cute community to put a few of my favorite sim families together for some wholesome gameplay. This is originally built in Brindleton Bay, but I dropped it in some other worlds on a 40x30 lot with no problem.

Each house is 3 beds 2 baths and are fully furnished to help you with the ideal layout I had in mind. All homes have a small, fenced in back yard and there is the shared pool, playground, and 4 parking spaces.

This is 2 of 6 FREE items I’m dropping from now until April 30th. Any sims dumps or builds I drop will ALWAYS be free. This build is made of mostly base game and a few pack items, so it will function with just the tray file in my zip below.

Feel free to delete the CC included with this file if you do not want the playground, cars or my CC that I recently released. Be mindful if you already have my CC that you don't need to download it again.

Beginning May 1st, most of my custom content will be found on my EP tier for $3/month. I’ll be releasing 4-6 CC items each month that will be in Early Access for 3 weeks before going public. So, if you want first dibs, I’d love to have you as a patron!

As always, I only ask that you do not claim as your own or reupload anywhere. Tag me on Twitter (X) @TheMamiGames so I can see!
