RSB Becoming open source and free

Hello all,

Due to my time contraints now and going forward, i decided that i will make the tool free and open source.

I will still update it from time to time with new features but i simply dont have the time to provide live support and i therefore can't take payment.

Keep your eyes open for the next release and i hope talented coders in the community will participate in updating the tool
