EXP Update - October 2026
Hello Patrons!
Chris again, writing from my tower in Castle EXP. Here's what’s being fired out of the content pipe in October (this post is coming out slightly later than planned due to an administrative error so, if we’re being absolutely fair, you’ll probably have seen some of this already):
First up it’s more WARDOGS (or MOREDOGS if you’re so inclined, which I very much am), followed up by a bowling trip to Liberty City circa-2008 in Grand Theft Auto IV, as we continue to prepare for the launch of a certain cultural behemoth next month.
It’s also a busy old month for fans of everyone’s favourite shooting game megabrand Call of Duty, and you won’t be surprised to learn EXP are hitting it with both barrels, with episodes about both the sober, serious guns of the Campaign and the no doubt nonsensical brain-melting guns found in the Multiplayer.
But that’s not all - we’re also going back in time to look at the most recent decent Modern Warfare - 2019’s reboot. That’s a bit of a throwback too, as it’s a return to one of the very first games we covered back at the other place. Luckily, we can now spend more than 15 measly minutes discussing it, too.
BUT EVEN THAT’S NOT ALL as we’re celebrating Halloween with a little look at the guns of soon-to-be-remade word salad Resident Evil: Code Veronica X. Chokers and fringes at the ready.
We’re also delighted to be bringing Toby back to the channel, and it’s high time we treated him to a look at some Cursed Armour. Come to think of it, it’s probably time we had some Toby-themed merchandise too…
Rounding off the month, we’re doing a lovely little spooky stream on October 29th, playing a bit of the new (very NSFW) Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival game. Dave was famously traumatised by the film as a young ‘un, but this is a game and it has an MP5K in it, so surely it’ll be fine.
Plus the lads will be podding every week as per.
So that’s 4 podcasts, 7 videos and a stream, and some new stuff in the merch shop to look forward to too. Busy old month!
Cheers!

CVX has some great guns. A lot of unique ones I never even knew what they were at the time. Tough game to get through on a first play though. Definitely one of those games that’s more fun when you know your way around.
Nice we do got a classic horror game video for October! Keen to hear Jonathan’s thoughts on the gold Lugers from the game as I know of one real life parallel to beautiful golden Luger pistol tied to an infamous name of Germany.
Oh Code Veronica. That should be a good one. That game introduced a lot of guns I never knew existed, like the M-100Ps
