Update on My Third Appeal
Hey everyone,
I wanted to give you all an update on my third appeal. As many of you expected, I wasn’t able to get my channel back this time either. Honestly, I wasn’t even disappointed because I saw this coming. Here’s the response I received from YouTube:
The YouTube review team has already re-evaluated your channel based on the information you provided. They have determined that the channel violates YouTube's sexual content policy and have decided to uphold the original decision.
Posting pornographic content may result in deletion or termination.
Fetish-related content may be removed or age-restricted.
Exploitative or inappropriate content is not allowed on YouTube.
Community Guidelines exist to maintain a safe environment, and further review is not possible.
So now, I need to figure out my next steps. I will definitely keep appealing, though maybe not immediately, since I’ve already reached out to YouTube so many times in the past month. I don’t have a solid plan yet, but I’ve been brainstorming my next move. I need to refine the details, keep pushing for an appeal, and explore every possible option.
I also want to express how much I appreciate all of you—whether it’s through Patreon, sending feedback to YouTube, or simply being here and watching my videos. Your support reminds me that I’m not alone in this, and that gives me the strength to keep going.

Omg! Tonight I realised I haven't heart from you in a while so I went looking for your videos and channel, looked through my whole watch history and favourite videos...couldn't find you!!! So I googled you just before and found the reddit thread!!! I'm so sorry this is happening to you!!! I miss your vides on youtube. Is there anything we can do as subscribers!?
Thank you so much for finding me! I am more than grateful. At the moment, all my appeals are declined and many of my subscribers have sent feedback to Youtube about the situation.. But nothing seems to be working😭
I've seen my fair share of ASMR videos that are clearly more "raunchy" than Yours (ample cleavage on display and such) but I guess it was easier to go after Your channel because You had less than 100k subscribers. The smaller the channel, the less Fs given, I guess. I don't want to imply that I'd wish for those other creators to have to deal with what You're dealing with now, not in the slightest. But the hypocrisy of the whole affair is annoying, to say the least.
Thank you for the comment. My goal was to reach 100k at the beginning of this year, but I'm so devastated that I can't anymore. I doubt it's only because I don't show my face. There must be some bias against ASMR which makes me worried about creating ASMR content on Youtube anymore.
I just sent some extensive feedback as well. That "response" they sent you is clearly generic boilerplate text; I'm still not convinced that any humans are actually involved. (Or maybe the review team did that thing I do when I'm clearing out my "junk" email address's inbox and just clicked "Respond 'No'" on everything without reading it during their 15-minute lunchbreak or something. >_>xx)
I understand that YouTube has a heavy workload when handling channel deletions, but for creators like me, losing a channel is equivalent to losing a job without any valid reason. I hope YouTube takes appeals more seriously when proper supporting documents are provided.
If you can't afford a lawyer right now, your best move would be making a second YouTube channel. I am truly sorry, but YouTube doesn't care. Don't stop making videos, though, you got an unique talent for ASMR and I believe you can recover your strength here on Patreon. Take care!
I want to create a new channel, but as you know, I’m not allowed to make one under my name. So for now, I’m just planning on uploading my videos here on Patreon. Hopefully, after that, I’ll have the energy to continue planning for my future!
I wonder if you offer to age restrict your channels to 18 and older if they would allow you to put it back up.
If that was the case, they wouldn't bee rejecting all my appeals🥲

Having my channel deleted is basically the same as YouTube saying that my content is too harmful to even exist online.🥲

This is absolutely disgustingly ridiculous. Words cannot describe how insane they are with their policies. They never specify the reason, and only give you vague responses. They’re just bullies at this point.

i sent feedback to them yesterday about how it makes no sense that your channel was removed!!! i will keep trying. keep your head up! i’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. this is so ridiculous.
