Character Portrait next to Messages?

Hey gang, there is a good chance that we are going to be able to implement the REAL TIME switching of POV's while playing.

Meaning you can be talking to Vi and then suddenly you will be playing AS Vi talking to someone else (more on this later).

Do you think having small character portraits next to each message will be helpful in knowing who is speaking or is it to cluttering?
