Milfheim: The Twisted v0.4 Progress Update
Hello, Milfheim residents! 馃憢
I鈥檓 here to share a quick update on the development progress of V0.4.
Currently, I am in the middle of the rendering process.
So far, I have rendered 780 images.
Overall, rendering is moving along smoothly.
The part I'm working on right now will probably be the biggest highlight of V0.4, haha.
But well, as always, less than 50% of the rendered images actually meet my personal standards.
On top of that, the scenes I鈥檓 setting up at the moment are a bit tricky and complex, which has slowed down the rendering speed quite a bit.
While I usually re-render the images that I鈥檓 really not satisfied with, I think I鈥檒l need to make a few compromises this time to ensure the game releases on schedule.
Rendered images are only half the battle; the other half is coding and learning how to keep the schedule from slipping.
It鈥檚 still a learning process for me.
I will keep working hard to show you a more improved and polished version!馃憤

The expected release timing is roughly around late June.

Sounds great! But don't strain yourself too much. I've seen creators maneuvering themselves into exhaustion. There are way too many abandoned projects out there.
