This looks quite good! I know it's in WIP but the tricky part about trying to create "sparking zero" style animations is that they have to be neither too slow nor too fast. For example, the ultimate is very slow and only has one camera angle; it would be good to speed up the animation, make it more impactful, and vary the camera angles to make everything more dynamic. With the "final hit" of 21's base form special attack, try a close-up of the character like with the characters in the base game. The animations are very stiff and a bit poorly adapted from FighterZ, but the mod isn't finished, so I understand. For some animations, use the dust effect, again like in the base game (like Final Form Cooler's ultimate, for example). It makes the animations more dynamic without having to show absolutely EVERYTHING. And impact frames would also be welcome sometimes. The animation styles of FighterZ and Sparking Zero are different, which is why it's important to adapt them for a better result.
