Isekai Bastard v0.12 - Development Progress 2 -💼⏰
As some of you may have noticed, although I had some renders ready beforehand, I'm taking a while to release this update.
As a gamer, I hated downloading a new update for a game only to find out that it only had one or two poorly added scenes in 5 or 10 minutes of new content. So I'm gonna prioritize updates with enough content to keep players interested in my game for at least a few hours🎮.
These scenes are already ready and will be available in the next update v0.12:
Story Mode (2~3 Hours of Content):
Shesevelle's Saga ✔
Dungeon Exploration Scenes ✔
Romantic Encounter with Shesevelle ✔
New Dark Heroine Added to the Party as a Dungeon Reward ✔
Post-Dungeon Scenes and Preparation for the Next Story ✔
Sandbox Mode (1~2 Hours of Content):
4 spicy scenes with Jessica added to the event: Videogame Hangout ✔
Two scenes with Jessica added to the event: Getting Dressed ✔
A new scene with Jessica during random events ✔
Two new sub-scenes with Jessica during the phone photo event in class ✔
Two new major events with Helena during the morning and 3 Sub-Events in the afternoon ✔
NTS event with Helena and Tucker (Optional) ✔
Another sub-event in the office scene with Helena. ✔
Events that may be added, if there is time:
NTS scenes of James and Jessica. Similar to her new scenes with the player. (Optional)
NTS scene of Natasha with Guh'trak at the inn. (Scene requested by discord vote)
An introductory scene for Grace's events that are planned for the future.
All these new events add up to over 18,000 lines of code. Creating and testing all of this is a LOT of work!! (And i'm working almost 14 hours per day, every day). And since my visual novel system is made in my own custom programming language, I must confess that it ended up being quite convoluted. So it's my fault in the end...

Will the game have futa on female NTS or Futa on female in General?
Both. I'm making all Shesevelle and the other FUTA scenes optional tho.
Although I am old in games, your game is the best on the sites of almost more than 100 games, but your game is very beautiful

I really like your game, unique story and the female characters all look great and very unique compared to other VNs and thats something I can appreciate. My biggest gripe though is that its very slow to progress conversations. It'd be nice if it was sped up somehow. This is mainly an issue in freeroam when you run into a scene youve already had and cant click through it quickly, it becomes a bit tedious. My second points ties into what I said earlier, it'd be nice to have some kind of guide or assistance of what you've done, what you need to do to progress the story further. Keep up the good work nonetheless!
I see. I'm working on a system to notify the player that they've reached the end of the scene in the current version: "That's all for now". I'm also slowly adding quick versions of scenes where the player has reached the end of the content. Thanks for the encouragement and feedback, friend.
