2.5 weeks to figure out how to record full 4k 60fps VR gaming clips. So many little twists, very difficult to find the solution for my use case, but a tonne of fun learning new things and figuring it out!
Despite what the video says the mic didn't end up recording properly, an easy fix will be good on the next one. Also, use FSR for Pools VR instead of DLSS, you'll get MUCH less aliasing in VR. Turns out the dark tunnel vibration in the video is a perfectly timed spike in latency haha. In dark areas of PoolsVR my latency sky rockets and causes that issue which is scary as shit!
I highly recommend Pools VR, spaces in the game made me feel like I was in very specific places from my memories, it was absolutely wild and I've never experienced anything like it. 11/10 from me.
Next update will be progress on the 7th video in the 13 video Wireless PC VR course.
Enjoy!
