The tastiest of snails
The ocean was calling us and some grandparents were demanding more quality time with their granddaughter, so there was nothing for it but to drive the 2 hours south to Denmark to visit my parents, borrow their farm ute and 4WD to a remote beach.
Reminiscent of our sailing adventures (minus the sailing) we dust off our dive gear on the hunt for abalone. It was so invigorating to swim in the Southern Ocean once more. I felt such a nice buzz for hours afterwards when we were preparing our catch back at the farm. We will have to make a few more trips to the ocean this Summer to show off some of the other local beaches and with a bit of luck harvest some more wild seafood!
Until next time, please enjoy this little glimpse of another part of our world.
With gratitude
Troy and Pascale

Awesome to see you both back in the water & enjoying another & old form of freeranging. Beautiful words & ending to this episode ♥️
Beautiful pastoral video and nice seeing you at the sea again. Loved the Fleetwood Mac background music!!
Loved the video! So good to see you in the water again. Thanks to Pascale's parents for looking after the baby!
I loved this!! What a beautiful little farm your folks have there! Great to see you in the water again, too! And thankfully, I watched this after a hearty dinner, but that abalone dish and the trimmings looked fantastic, and stall had me starting to salivate!
Sweet video. Glad that you are no longer so desiccated! The dish looked to be yum! Thanks!
