Better than Wagyu? A sustainable farm story - Episode 50

Hello everyone

This week we take you with us as we meet the farmers of the delicious grass fed beef that currently fills our freezer. Situated about 20 minutes south of us here in Dingup, Lake Janis Farm is a little slice of paradise. It was such a pleasure to meet Dean and Julia Ryan to hear about their sustainable farming practices firsthand and to interact with their friendly Jersey steers!

Frustratingly, there is a focus issue on the camera during some of the interview with the Ryans but we hope this does not distract you from the content. We are working on perfecting our interview filming techniques and things can sometimes go a bit pear shaped when there is no one behind the camera.

Pascale is now 39 weeks and 4 days with the baby's head is engaged in her pelvis, so we're just excitedly waiting for the baby to decide when it wants to meet us. Rest assured you will be the first of our fans to know when he or she arrives!

With gratitude

Troy and Pascale
