Growing greens at sea, a short video on sprouting.

Hi Patrons

We filmed this video earlier this year and I (finally) got round to editing it before we moved back on board Mirrool late last week.

Many people ask us how we can eat fresh greens whilst being months away from civilisation. Sprouting is how we do it and it's pretty easy! I hope this video inspires you to give it a go.

This is a bonus video that does not attract a charge. For more information there is an accompanying article to go with it on our website which can be accessed here: https://www.freerangesailing.com/how-to-sprout .

Hope you find it a useful and enjoyable watch!

Cheers

Yes, it's pretty simple and most importantly it's extremely useful. Sprouted grains are a real treasure for a weakened body.

Definitely useful when we've run out of fresh food aboard. We love them!
