SIM ARCHIVE - Manika Ferreira

Hi friends 💗

She's been living in my head rent-free since the moment I built Forme & Co. — and now she's finally ready to live in your saves too.

Meet Manika Ferreira.

Late 20s. Brazilian-Filipino. Born in São Paulo, raised between Manila and San Francisco, and now one of the most sought-after names in San Myshuno's wellness scene.

Before opening Forme & Co., Manika spent years as a professional dancer and touring performer. She moved through cities and stages before deciding it was time to build something of her own.

Her love for movement started long before that. At Britechester, she was part of the university cheer team — eventually cheer captain, a role that suited her perfectly. She was competitive, she was loud about it, and she could not sit still if her life depended on it.

That energy never left. It just found a better room.

Today, that room is Forme & Co.

a little more about her...

Manika's life outside the studio is just as full.

She's currently dating Omar Okoye — captain of the San Myshuno Sparks, two-time MVP, and the only person whose texts she actually answers during a session. Between his basketball schedule and her running a growing wellness studio, their calendars are rarely empty. Somehow they make it work.

When she's not at Forme & Co., her favorite pastime is considerably less glamorous.

Grocery shopping.

Manika is the kind of person who will happily spend an entire afternoon in the aisles — reading nutrition labels, hunting for organic produce, convincing herself she absolutely needs one more expensive little wellness snack. Erewhon is, naturally, a favorite.

Manika is Active, Vegetarian, and Lactose Intolerant — her fridge will reflect all three. She chases inner peace the same way she runs her studio: with intention, and on her own schedule. She currently resides in her condo in the Arts Quarter, San Myshuno.

When it comes to Omar, she knows when to put the wellness routine aside. Game nights, late dinners, the occasional away game she flies out for. She is very loud in the stands. She has a favorite Sparks jersey, and she will not say which number it is.
