FORME & CO. – SAN MYSHUNO
San Myshuno has a new address worth knowing.
Forme & Co. is a wellness studio built in the Spice District — a Pilates, yoga, and spin studio designed for the woman who takes her body seriously and her social circle even more so. The waitlist filled before the doors opened. That was never a surprise.
The studio was founded by Manika Ferreira, a former Beyoncé touring dancer and choreographer turned wellness entrepreneur who spent years moving between cities and collecting an eye for what a good space actually feels like. She brought that eye home to San Myshuno and built this.
The interiors carry the memory of those travels. European influences sit quietly in the arches, the wood paneling, the way the light comes through without announcing itself. Nothing here performs luxury. It just is.
The pilates studio runs on private sessions and a three-week wait. The clientele is exactly who you'd expect — Lily Feng has been seen leaving on Thursday mornings. Nancy Landgraab keeps her slot on the books indefinitely. Judith Ward's daughter came once and has been back every week since.
This is where San Myshuno's rich, powerful, and quietly ambitious come when they want to feel something real.
The spin room is where the energy shifts. Manika teaches the Tuesday morning class herself. Serena Michaels-Takizawa hasn't missed it in months. The slot is technically open to new bookings. Good luck getting one.
Between classes, this room belongs to whoever needs stillness. The record player was a personal touch. The juice changes with the season. Nobody is rushed out.
The reception feels less like a check-in desk and more like somewhere you'd want to sit before your session even starts. That was Manika's intention. She wanted clients to feel welcome before they changed their shoes.
Forme & Co. is that kind of place. It holds its own before you even walk in.
