The Iconic Agency – Del Sol Valley was redesigned by Landgraab Architectures under Salima Jones’ vision — a headquarters built for function, creativity, and presence. Every corner of the HQ was carefully considered: the lobby welcomes guests with clean lines and natural light, the open office encourages collaboration, and private floors balance productivity with downtime. Photo studios, hair and makeup rooms, and the model lounge were arranged to feel cinematic yet lived-in, reflecting the quiet energy of an agency that’s always in motion.
Inspired by the subtle chaos of the fashion world, this space supports storytelling at every level: castings, client meetings, coffee runs, late nights, and behind-the-scenes power plays. Every design choice reinforces the idea that momentum doesn’t need to scream — it hums quietly in the background, giving both models and agents the space to thrive.

If not a bother, do you happen to know (only if you happen to remember off the top of your head and if not then please disregard question) which cc pack the upstairs kitchen chairs and downstairs lobby visitor seating are from (and the black exterior wall paint used)? I have downloaded all cc packs but for some reason those items don't appear when I place the lot. Thank you so much once again and I hope you have a wonderful day!
