thank you so much for your interest in commissioning a custom sim from me! 🌷

before submitting your request, please take a moment to read through these guidelines carefully.

i want every commission to be a lovely experience for both of us, so i've prepared these guidelines to ensure that everything is clear, fair, and organized throughout the process.

by submitting a commission request and proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

01. ୨୧ general commission policies 🌷

♡ i offer custom The Sims 4 Create-a-Sim commissions in both Alpha / Realistic and Maxis Match styles.

♡ i only accept commissions for original fictional characters (OCs). requests to recreate real people, celebrities, or characters belonging to other creators will not be accepted.

♡ each commission package includes one custom sim only. additional sims must be commissioned separately.

♡ commissions are intended for personal gameplay, storytelling, machinima, and other non-commercial personal projects.

♡ please provide clear descriptions, preferences, and visual references to help me understand your desired character.

♡ i reserve the right to decline any commission request that is beyond my capabilities, conflicts with these guidelines, or makes me uncomfortable.

♡ submitting a request form does not automatically guarantee a commission slot. your request must first be reviewed and accepted.

02. ୨୧ commission packages & pricing 🎀

🌷 The Simple Sim — $6 USD

includes:

• one custom sim

• basic facial customization

• hairstyle and accessories

• one everyday outfit

• one revision

turnaround: 3–5 business days

🌸 The Signature Sim — $12 USD

includes:

• one custom sim

• detailed facial customization

• hairstyle, makeup, and accessories

• three complete outfits

• two revisions

turnaround: 5–7 business days

🎀 The Ultimate Sim — $15 USD

includes:

• one custom sim

• detailed facial customization

• personalized styling and accessories

• all eight outfit categories: Everyday, Formal, Athletic, Sleepwear, Party, Swimwear, Hot Weather, and Cold Weather

• three revisions

turnaround: 7–14 business days

important notes:

♡ prices are listed in USD.

♡ each included outfit refers to one complete look for its selected category.

♡ additional outfits, complex customization, and requests outside your chosen package may incur extra charges.

♡ all additional fees will be discussed and approved before payment.

♡ no additional work or charges will be added without your approval.

03. ୨୧ payment policy ♡

♡ full payment is required before i begin working on your commission.

♡ please do not send any payment until i have reviewed and accepted your request.

♡ once your commission has been approved, i will provide the payment details and confirm the total amount.

♡ work will only begin once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

♡ payment must be made through an agreed payment method.

♡ any applicable transaction or currency conversion fees will be disclosed before payment.

♡ please keep your payment confirmation or receipt for reference.

please note: submitting a request form does not mean that payment is immediately required. kindly wait for my confirmation before proceeding.

04. ୨୧ turnaround time & commission queue 🌸

i take my time with every commission because i want each sim to be thoughtfully created and carefully styled. ♡

estimated turnaround times:

• 🌷 Simple Sim: 3–5 business days

• 🌸 Signature Sim: 5–7 business days

• 🎀 Ultimate Sim: 7–14 business days

♡ turnaround times begin after payment confirmation and receipt of all necessary character details and references.

♡ business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

♡ these are estimated completion periods, not guaranteed delivery dates.

♡ more complex requests may require additional time, which will be discussed before payment.

♡ if unexpected circumstances affect your commission, i will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.

♡ please avoid rushing the process. i want to give every character the attention they deserve.

05. ୨୧ revisions & modifications 🎀

i want you to be happy with your commissioned sim, which is why each package includes a certain number of revisions.

revision limits:

• 🌷 Simple Sim: 1 revision

• 🌸 Signature Sim: 2 revisions

• 🎀 Ultimate Sim: 3 revisions

what counts as a revision?

a revision is a round of reasonable adjustments to the existing sim based on your original request.

examples include:

♡ changing a hairstyle or hair color

♡ adjusting makeup or accessories

♡ making minor facial feature adjustments

♡ changing clothing colors or outfit details

♡ refining small styling preferences

important reminders:

♡ please combine your requested adjustments into one clear message whenever possible. each submitted round of changes counts as one revision.

♡ revisions must remain consistent with the character concept and references agreed upon before work began.

♡ complete redesigns, major facial reconstruction, entirely new outfits, or changes to the original character concept are not considered minor revisions.

♡ major changes and requests exceeding your package's revision limit may incur additional charges.

♡ any extra charges will be discussed and approved before additional work begins.

♡ once your commission has been finalized and delivered, further changes are not included unless separately agreed upon.

06. ୨୧ custom content (CC) policy 🌷

as someone who loves creating detailed sims, i understand how important custom content is in bringing a character to life. ♡

however, i also respect the hard work and creativity of the talented CC creators within The Sims 4 community.

♡ commissions may use Alpha / Realistic or Maxis Match custom content, depending on your selected preference.

♡ all third-party custom content remains the intellectual property of its respective creators.

♡ i do not claim ownership of custom content created by others.

♡ custom content will only be included in your delivered files when redistribution is permitted by the original creator.

♡ for custom content that cannot be redistributed, i will provide download links or creator information whenever available.

♡ clients are responsible for downloading and installing any required custom content that cannot legally be included.

♡ i cannot guarantee compatibility with every game version, mod configuration, or future Sims 4 update.

♡ i am not responsible for issues caused by outdated custom content, conflicting mods, or changes introduced by game updates.

please respect the original CC creators and their terms of use. ♡

07. ୨୧ delivery & file usage ♡

once your commission has been completed and approved, your sim will be delivered privately.

your delivery may include:

♡ completed sim Tray files

♡ permitted custom content files, if applicable

♡ links to any required third-party CC

♡ installation instructions

♡ preview screenshots of your finished sim

usage guidelines:

♡ your commissioned sim is intended for personal gameplay, storytelling, and non-commercial creative use.

♡ you may feature your commissioned sim in your personal screenshots, gameplay videos, and machinima.

♡ please do not redistribute, resell, reupload, or share the commissioned sim files with others.

♡ please do not claim that you personally created the commissioned sim.

♡ commercial redistribution, resale, or use in paid products requires separate written permission.

♡ ownership of third-party CC remains with its respective creators.

08. ୨୧ cancellations & refunds 🌸

i understand that plans may change, and i aim to handle cancellations fairly.

♡ you may cancel your commission request at any time before payment without any charges.

♡ if you request cancellation after payment but before work begins, you may receive a full refund.

♡ if work has already begun, any refund will be assessed based on the work completed and the circumstances of the cancellation.

♡ if i am unable to begin or complete your commission, i will communicate with you and arrange an appropriate refund.

♡ refunds will be issued through an agreed method, subject to applicable payment-provider rules and consumer protection laws.

♡ completed and approved commissions are generally not eligible for refunds due solely to a change of preference, without affecting any rights you may have if the delivered work does not match the agreed specifications.

♡ please contact me directly if you have any concerns about your commission so we can discuss a fair resolution.

09. ୨୧ portfolio & social media rights 🎀

as a Sims 4 content creator, i love sharing my creations and showcasing the characters i've worked on. ♡

by proceeding with a commission, you acknowledge the following:

♡ i may feature screenshots and renders of completed commissioned sims on my Patreon, TikTok, and other social media platforms.

♡ these images may be used as examples of my work, portfolio pieces, or promotional content for my commission services.

♡ i will never publicly distribute, upload, or sell your commissioned sim files.

♡ only screenshots and renders of the completed sim may be shared publicly.

♡ personal details provided in your request form, such as your email address and payment information, will not be included in portfolio posts.

♡ if you would prefer your character's name or storyline to remain private, please let me know before the commission begins.

10. ୨୧ communication & client responsibilities 🌷

good communication helps make the commission process smooth and enjoyable for both of us!

♡ please be respectful and patient throughout the process.

♡ provide accurate information and clear references when submitting your request.

♡ kindly respond to clarification questions or revision previews within a reasonable time.

♡ significant delays in providing required information or feedback may affect the estimated completion date.

♡ if you need to make changes to your request, please communicate them as early as possible.

♡ harassment, abusive behavior, or repeated violations of these guidelines may result in cancellation of the commission, with any refund handled fairly under the cancellation policy.

♡ i will do my best to keep you informed about important updates regarding your commission.

11. ୨୧ acceptance of terms ♡

by proceeding with payment for an accepted commission, you confirm that:

♡ you have read and understood these commission guidelines.

♡ you agree to the inclusions and limitations of your selected package.

♡ you understand the payment, turnaround, revision, and delivery policies.

♡ you agree to the personal-use and redistribution restrictions.

♡ you acknowledge the portfolio-sharing policy.

♡ you understand that additional requests outside your selected package may require additional fees, subject to your approval.

these guidelines are intended to ensure a clear and respectful commission experience for everyone involved.
