Too many swatches?
Hey lovlies and happy Easter to to you all! <3
I have realized AFTER the release of my Lullaby set, that the file is in fact quite (very) large. The main reason for this is because I have made a ton of swatches for each item, in a high texture quality setting.
My goal has been to to give as many swatch possibilities as possible, so you can mix and match my items to your personal liking, but I now see that the file gets unreasonably large.
If I limit the swatch options in future sets and lower the texture quality a bit, my sets would become smaller in size, and become friendlier to your pc (well, my pc aswell)
My swatches will always be in a neutral color palette, but we might not need 10+ of each shade, right?
So, my question to you is: For my future sets, what swatches do you prefer, solid colors or patterned textures?
I will ofcourse make a mix of both solid colors and patterns, but I will reduce the amount of total swatches drastically :)

I spent an unholy amount of money on a new pc just so I could have all the swatches I wanted LOL! I like patterns and solids, impossible to choose!
Hahah!! 😂 I feel you! What we do to be able to run this game with cc 🙈😂 YES! It is impossible to choose! I always try to control myself when choosing swatches, but then I end up picking all because I can’t decide. What if I want a dark build? A light build? Blue, pink or wooden build?… the list goes on! 😭😂
I don't think that you have too many at all, I LOVE that you have so many swatches of both!!

Aaw thank you so much, Talja! 🙏🏻 I truly love the selection myself, and if it was purely cc for own personal use, I would probably add even more. But in order to keep the cc on a tolerable size for all, I will need to reduce the amount of swatches a bit! I’ll do my very best to find the absolute best swatches for you all though! 🥰
