I built this no cc apartment building in Del Sol Valley, located on the Orchid a Go Go lot downtown. These apartments are on the cheaper side as it needs a bit of TLC. You can see this on the exterior by its stainy walls, unkempt pool, and trash laying around. There are in total four small apartments with two separate rooms each that can be used as bedrooms. Here you'll find Venessa Jeong now living in one apartment, while another is occupied by the Awan family consisting of big brother Faiz and his two younger siblings Imran and Yasmin.
