Single Dad and Teen Daughter House 👨‍👧

I built this small no cc house in Copperdale for a single dad and his teen daughter. This house features a small fenced-in sideyard with various activities, such as grilling, gardening and woodworking. The dad, Bobby, works part time as a handyperson and is very much an outdoor- and kayaking enthusiast. His teen daughter, Norah, attends Copperdale High School and to help out her dad with expenses, she works part time as a babysitter on the weekends. Their house may be cramped, but it's filled with love and memories.
