Bridgecreek Drive 🌲

I built this no cc Family Home located on the Bridgecreek Drive lot in Copperdale. I've made this for the Gutierrez family for my save file. Here, we have the teacher and divorcée Sonia Gutierrez and her child Luke Schmidt, who's really into archery and crafting. Sonia recently lost her sister Linda in a drowning accident, leaving Linda's teenage son Benjamin to now live with his aunt and cousin. This is who the basement bedroom is for. Sonia's ex-husband Dustin also lives in Copperdale, and even if she's done with him, he's not entirely over her despite being in a new relationship. Sonia has her eyes on someone else in Copperdale...

The house is decorated to be cozy, family friendly and in some ways nostalgic, with lots of warm brown woods. The garage has been turned into a teenage band haven for Benjamin and his other teenage friends.
