April Progress #1
During the first half of April, I worked on creating promotional videos and marketing images for the game's release.
The title screen has now been fully implemented, and I have completed a full set of promotional videos and images. Currently, I have moved on to developing a new area.
This area cannot be traversed by the alien, so the player will need to infiltrate it by taking control of a brainwashed crew member.
This area is designed so that, while infiltrating, the player must repeatedly press a button to maintain their cover and avoid being detected by enemies as they progress. However, the input requirement will be balanced so that it does not become overly tiring.
After clearing this area, the path to the final upper-level zone will finally open.
Next, I will be working on creating the boss encounter for the lower level, along with its associated mechanics, so please look forward to it.
As for my tendinitis, wearing a brace has helped alleviate the pain, allowing me to maintain my working hours.

I have uploaded an updated version of the demo with the bugs fixed.
The demo covering up to the end of the mid-level area is scheduled to undergo final adjustments within this month and be released as an official demo.
(The release date has not been decided yet.)

Is this portion present in the current demo? Also how do you access the shower and toilet area? Im kinda lost lol
You can’t access that area yet—it’s what I’m currently working on. It’s a pretty complex room, so I’m having a bit of a tough time with it (lol).
Where do i find the demo? Tried downloading the zip just now but it says I'm missing a file every download so i cant play it. MSVCRdll11 i think.

Something that puzzled me with this animation. The alien seems to do something to the back of the head of other crew members when it brainwashes them. In those crewmates however, the second the helmet is removed, the alien just jumps down in front of their faces and hides in their clothing and then they are brainwashed. So how exactly does the alien brainwashes those crewmates?
That is not doing something to the back of the head. It is simply inserting a neural needle into the back. And even when it enters through the abdomen, that is not a problem. He does not use a single method for brainwashing. As seen with the guards as well, it is possible to brainwash by injecting a liquid into the mouth (inside the body). It is also, of course, possible through intake via the genital area.
So... does this alien have a clear gender? Although it looks very much like a male in its manifestation

What do I do after passing the battery mini game since there is a hole and blockade so i cannot pass after 3 cres
After clearing the battery mini-game, there’s nothing more to do in this demo. This is just a short test version.

This isn’t an official release, it’s just a short demo consisting of only the new areas. And only charge attack was added as a skill(perhaps)
I have tendinitis on both my shoulders for years. Sometimes it gets easier, sometimes it gets harder. But it never truly receded completely. I feel for you. Don't overdo it, please.

Oh the idea of having to hide inside the outfit of one of the crew sounds like a wonderful sequence. Having to keep her under control while also not giving in to the temptation to plunder her body until you're done traveling through the area... This is the same level of greatness as the security checkpoint where one of the crew had to watch the technician while the alien had its way with her
Thank you. This is something I’ve always wanted to try with the alien theme (the security checkpoint part as well). I’m planning to include a small mini-game here. I’ve been having quite a bit of trouble with development, but I’ll do my best to show you a new area.
