Better Builder: BeamNG parts & tuning app

It uses the same parts and settings as BeamNG's own Vehicle Config menu, laid out differently:

• Same parts: every slot and part comes straight from the game's parts list, including parts from mods

• Same tuning: the sliders are the game's own tuning settings, with the same ranges and defaults

• Same configs: saves are normal BeamNG configs, so they work in the stock menu too, and stock and mod configs load here

• Same result: changes install on your car the same way the stock menu does it

• Search: finds slots and the parts they offer

• Tune: sliders with +/−, a default marker and reset

• Paint: color picker, hex codes, finish sliders, factory colors, live preview

• Save / Load: save, load and delete configs

• Spec Sheet: whole build on one page

• Apply once: queue changes and install them all in one respawn

• Drop-down window: shrinks to a small bar so it doesn't block other apps
