Went with Cherie mainly due to her having an already established plot that has not really been developed. If she wasn't in this round then I'd say Jessica (always wondered about that one ever I came across the game). Nat just doesn't do it for me (we really need another 304 type (well 304 lite) character. at any rate may the best character win.
I think it would be fun to explore Natalies story line further. Especially with the Samantha story line connection points that she has.

Went with Cherie. We gotta keep our promise to her! Also it gives us Mother Daughter harem without incest cause they're not related, Abandoned Love harem with Shiori, An increased Office Harem that will become CEO Harem, Titan Killer Harem with Aletta, Distressed Damsels Harem with Alexis and Lexi, and maybe a Lioness Den Harem with Bree's cafe boss, Sasha, and Aletta with Dom>Sub and it has Audrey, Cassidy, and Bree in it if they are Sub>Dom. And yes I really thought about this.

Picked Cherie cause she has more of an interesting story. But Natalie could be interesting, maybe have her as a possible pet/slave thing with Male MC and Samantha.
