I feel so bad for them... I hope that the story involves improving the laws for them, or at least finding a way to help other witchs as well as Iriska. Can you elaborate on the laws regarding witchcraft? Is it a death penalty or other stuff?
The times are really tough for the Witches. Any witchcraft is prohibited. Harboring witches is also punishable. There is a system of denunciations and encouragement in assistance in the capture. As for the punishment for witches, I can only say that after that they disappear forever.
Beautiful backgrounds on this page, its wonderful to see more of this world. Cassey and the other hunters aren’t messing about and I feel sorry for those witches.
