Sequoia Adams - Sim Download

Hi friends! Happy Tuesday. I'm back with another sim download. Meet recording artist, Sequoia Adams. Sequoia is a new face you'll be seeing in Life with Ari & Q😊.

Please also note that she does have custom traits by Chingyu, so I encourage you to ensure they are installed properly. Some people are apprehensive about using Chingyu traits amid the recent update however, it's been working for me. If that is you, then you can remove the Chingyu folder from the mods folder.

I hope you enjoy! Take lots of pics and videos. Please tag me if you do. (Please do not claim this sim as your own. Please do not reupload them. Please do not tweak them and reupload them without crediting me). Let me know if you run into any issues. I hope you enjoy!

Please note that if you have downloaded any of my previous sims, a lot of the custom content will be the same. That said, I encourage you to check for duplicates in your existing mods folder. Let me know if you run into any issues.
