Personal Expert Review (had to make another dummy account. my thoughts are my own, everyone is entitled to their own): The Good: Like most followers here, I hold strong respect and appreciation for the artistic skills of the GL team and the periodic updates shared along the way. As someone in development, I recognize the challenge of creating an NSFW video game, securing the right creators and artists, and—if I recall correctly—doing so without AI. I enjoyed the deeper storylines and character growth, the addition of a couple of newer characters, and the overall artistic style. The “Meh”: That said, yesterday’s release was a letdown. Not because of the bug that caused a one-day delay. Rather, unless I am missing video scenes or quests (I am not), the length and limited range of animations, the content of the new scenes (mostly repetitive loops in a couple of positions, lol), and the surprising reuse of many V1.1 scenes for interactive states during dialogue and setups were disappointing. Given the time since V1.1, the preview videos during the long wait for V1.2, and the natural direction of the story, I expected more by now. I agree with others that endings and orgasms should be videos rather than still shots; that shortcut feels tasteless. For example, I am sure many have seen the videos of Luke in the cabin with the witch and how that episode played out—a masterpiece. If anything, V1.2 should have offered more actual animations and full encounters like that across each female character, instead of clicking through still images and reading dialogue to call it interaction.It seems more time and effort went into the gamification and perhaps the storylines, which is entirely acceptable; however, the result feels unbalanced and oddly rushed, even though the GL team claimed they took ample time to do it properly. I am unsure whether other fans notice how much revenue GL generates—judging from the number of paid monthly subscribers. I apologize, but given those figures, I struggle to understand why we should not expect nearly biweekly or monthly updates, seven-minute storyline videos, or similar content. Like anyone else, the GL team has every right to earn income; that is not the issue. Rather, based on subscription costs and the paid user count I observe, the small GL digital developer and artist group appears to be doing very well financially. The GL team also seems based outside North America—likely Latin America—where strong gaming and artistic talent is available at low costs and the dollar holds greater value. I have consulted and worked with several gaming and adult animator teams before and hold various insights, contacts, and ways to assist GL if anyone from the team wishes to talk. Again, V1.2 had strengths and did not perform poorly per se, but it was lackluster. I will review V1.2 end to end once more to ensure I am neither too critical nor too generous, then decide whether to continue paying. -X

People will understand if you need time to polish the game. However, you have to be clearence and take responsible and annouce if there is any sudden delay, not just stay silent

I’m starting to think subscriptions aren’t selling as well as they expected, so they’re delaying the release to get more people to subscribe and squeeze more money out of them. Hard to say for sure, but this basically feels like a scam
