IMPORTANT UPDATE

Hello my beautiful friends! I hope the new year is treating you well!

Today I am writing this post out of a bit of sadness and disappointment, I have been thinking about this for months but didn't know if it was the right thing to do, but lately something happened and I knew I had to come clear. (lmao, why am I so dramatic, don't worry too much!)

As you guys probably know I take sims 4 build commissions and I want to say that I want to thank everything single one of you who trusted me with their projects, there are always more people texting me and it fills me up with joy!

If you ever commissioned a build to me, you know I never ask for a deposit, i like to fully trust the person I am talking to and I never liked the idea of giving/receiving money before the final product is done.

Unfortunately though, there have been some people who decided to take advantage of my kindness and quite literally 'kick me in the ass'. I think of myself as a nice person, but that doesn't mean i am dumb, so that's why I am writing this post to alert every sims content creator out there.

The following accounts have reached out for a commision, agreed on my pricing, gave me very specific details, made me build their lots for hours and then completely ghosted me when the time to pay was due:

• PLUSHIBNNI on instagram - january '26 - 11 hours worked

• LACYTRAIT on tumblr - october '25 - 5 hours worked

• Others who deactivated their accounts afterwards and I am not able to find at the moment. (found them! - cioudysims, pixieswrlds)

As I said this post will serve to builders to now that if they ever receive a request from one of these accounts, it is better to not trust them.

For the grand finale, I want to say that I decided to ask for a deposit for every build commision i will do moving forward. The deposit will be of 50€ (in case of smaller builds i will discuss it privately). The rest of the payment will be done as always when the product is completed.

Older commissions I made and was not paid for I decided to keep private, but on saturday I will share one of them, as I am not going to waste 11 hours of my time for nothing!
