Real Estate Talk - Social Interaction Mod by TSSL
Real Estate Talk is a social interaction mod created by The Sim Side of Luca.
╰┈➤ˎˊ˗ watch the demostration video (let's play!)
The mod includes 10 different interactions under a new pie menu "Real Estate Talk":
"Ask About Property Prices"
"Discuss Neighborhood Safety"
"Inquire About Schools Nearby"
"Ask to See Floor Plans"
"Talk About Closing Costs"
"Discuss Monthly Mortgage"
"Ask About Renovation Potential"
"Ask About House Orientation”
"Discuss Amenities"
"Negotiate on Price"
Each interaction includes a custom buff that will appear right after the interaction is done, it varies from confident to energetic and a few more emotions. Each buff lasts 60 sims minutes (I didn't want it to be too invasive).

Does this still work with the new update? Because it's showing up as a part of a last exception.
