v0.24 - Translate Update

Hey there, sorry for the delay in maintenance, I had a lot of troubles with the new languages fonts on website version (I ended up removing Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Russian from website version, <for now>, but it will still be available on download versions), I hope I can launch a full website translates patch soon.
