Framerate and weight fix on video packs 027 and 028

Hello dear Patrons and Followers! 😎

Just as the name suggests, I've updated the 027 ad 028 videos packs. I've changed the framerate so that they play faster, and the files are about 80% lighter, no loss in quality.

Enjoy ❤️
