Download Dlss Swapper, run the .exe and change DLSS version to 3.7 (or most recent supported) for Cyberpunk 2077.

Run the .exe, choose under “NvGlobalProfileSettings” Global Force Preset, select E.
Customize the scale on “DLSSQualityLevels” to 0.8-0.9 for higher details (at the cost of FPS).

Select the desired weather and hit “Set”.
To reverse to normal weather cycle hit “Reset”.
