[All regions] NCGuard Update + temp fix
So NCSoft decided to add the NEO "anti-cheat" to LIVE
I am working on a solution, and I think once a method is found I will make my plugins available for NEO too
In the meantime you can still use all plugins as usual by using an older BNSR.exe in Win64/:

These older clients will only work until your region gets a significant update
You may have to open Purple before swapping the .exe files or it'll complain

I don't have the Plugins folder in Win64 anymore after reinstalled the game.
install bnspatch, loader3, bnsnogg with multitool first
1. NA is the same as EU, my bad 2. if your game works then you don't need this 3. skip future game updates if they're not required
