Hi there, I didn't quite understand the opacity. You used Underpainting. however, I didn't understand what to do if I'm using Black. Since Black is a very opaque color, are you using a contrast paints of some sort? I'm only interested in shades of black and build on that for my vehicles. Should I worry about underpainting at all if I paint it black? 😊
Hi, that's a good question. Black is not equal black. If you are using purples in there or browns for a warmer black or blues it might make sense but for a black finish an underpaint feels like an overkill and I wouldn't not do it :)
